HCMNews: Health Club Media Network acquires the Alloy Fitness Network
Extends HCMN's leading position in the health club media and marketing space to close 4,000 clubs nationwide

On July 8, HCMN announced its acquisition of the Alloy Fitness Network from Alloy Media + Marketing.

The Alloy Fitness Network includes contractual agreements for media panel placements in over 700 health clubs in 120+ DMAs across the United States.

The Alloy Fitness Network acquisition expands HCMN's industry leading reach to nearly 4,000 health clubs and well over 25,000 static panel, digital screen and InsideOutdoor™ media placements nationwide. On a national basis, HCMN's offerings will now be seen every month by over 15 million health club members visiting their club nearly 100 million times.

"While our competitors offer health clubs as one of many place-based media options, we continue to strongly believe that effectively serving the needs and interests of both our clients and club partners in this unique and impactful space deserves our undivided attention," said Ken Williams, HCMN's CEO.  "As others cast their net wider, we are proud to dive deeper into the health club space, as evident by our recent acquisition of The Alloy Fitness Network," he added.

HCMNews: HCMN Hires Seasoned Clear Channel Executive as its EVP of Sales

Health Club Media Network recently hired David Rowley as Executive Vice President of Sales. Based in Los Angeles, Rowley will provide leadership and direction to HCMN's sales teams in its LA, Chicago and NYC offices.

Commenting on his hiring, Rowley said, "HCMN is an industry leader in the exploding field of place-based media. They have great, high-engagement offerings in a highly targeted environment that are so well suited for so many clients. I look forward to inspiring our sales team while helping to spread the word about the unique and valuable assets HCMN can offer agencies and their brand clients."

Rowley comes to HCMN with nearly 15 years of ad sales experience. He was most recently Vice President, Western Region Sales for Premiere Radio Networks, Inc., a subsidiary of Clear Channel Communications and the number one radio network in the country. While at Premiere, Dave led the West Coast sales region that was responsible for well over $100 million in annual ad sales revenue. In addition, Dave's background also includes key club management and ad sales roles with 24 Hour Fitness, offering him unique insight into HCMN’s assets and capabilities.
