HCMNews: Top NY Sports Club Chain joins the Health Club Media Network
Addition strongly enhances HCMN's media and marketing footprint in New York City

Health Club Media Network (HCMN), the nation's largest provider of advertising and marketing opportunities for national brands in health clubs, announced recently that the New York Health & Racquet Club (NYHRC) chain has agreed to join its network.

Per this long-term, exclusive media and marketing agreement, HCMN will immediately begin installation of its static and digital panel media offerings in all NYHRC locations, so that these clubs can be integrated into relevant HCMN client campaigns as of September, 2009.

The NYHRC chain is well known for the unique and significant amenities that it offers its members: From racquetball courts and pools to basketball courts and sundecks to rock climbing walls as well as special 'escapes' – such as the NYHRC yacht and beach club, as well as affiliations with local upscale golf and tennis facilities.

HCMNews: Health Club Media Network acquires the Alloy Fitness Network
Extends HCMN’s leading position in the health club media and marketing space to close 4,000 clubs nationwide

Last month, HCMN announced its acquisition of the Alloy Fitness Network from Alloy Media + Marketing.

The Alloy Fitness Network includes contractual agreements for media panel placements in over 700 health clubs in 120+ DMAs across the United States.

The Alloy Fitness Network acquisition expands HCMN's industry leading reach to nearly 4,000 health clubs and well over 25,000 static panel, digital screen and InsideOutdoor™ media placements nationwide. On a national basis, HCMN's offerings will now be seen every month by over 15 million health club members visiting their club nearly 100 million times.

HCMNews: Health Club Media Network promotes Tom Gosney to EVP, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.

Tom Gosney, an HCMN Senior Vice President and CFO of the company, had been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, effective immediately. Tom joined HCMN in November of 2008.

Gosney joined HCMN in 2008 with well over 25 years of financial and administrative management experience, most recently as VP/CFO at Universal Music Logistics, the manufacturing and distribution division of Universal Music Group. While at UML, Gosney directed the financial activities and co-managed the company’s operations, overseeing a staff of 25.
